There are a large number of classes for local students who want to improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing of English. All our classes are mixed. You can: Learn basic English for everyday use Learn English through IT Improve your English to help you at work Develop advanced English Language skills for study purposes Prepare qualification such as the Cambridge ESOL Certificate at your level. When you enrol, you will receive guidance as to the best class for you. Childcare may also be available while you study but only for a limited number of days, and it is on a first come first serve basis. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE CLASSES ARE MAINLY INTENDED FOR STUDENTS WHO NORMALLY LIVE IN THE UK AND SPEAK A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH AT HOME OR ARE REFUGEES OR ARE APPLYING FOR ASYLUM. You will be given further advice about this when you come to enrol. At this time, you will need to show us evidence of your residence status.
