This course has been designed to reflect the most up to date thinking on the role of the First Line Manager. The qualification gives the candidate formal recognition of their performance in the work place and assesses the knowledge and understanding of the key areas of management. The programme will enhance personal growth and development required to succeed in the business environment. This qualification requires the successful completion of four core units and three optional units. Name: Management NVQ Level 3 Qualification title: Diploma in Management (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment Successful completion of an assessed portfolio of evidence. Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) will be given for existing skills and experience where relevant and evidence is available. These qualifications are internally assessed by centre staff. Assessment is by production of a personal portfolio of evidence demonstrating understanding and application of the NVQ 3 performance criteria.
