This course is made up of 17 units that combine practical tasks with high level theoretical understanding. Through completing these units you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your working knowledge in workshop/site safety, electrical principles, science and regulations. Throughout the course you will study the following topics: - Health and Safety; - Environmental Legislation; - Electrical Science; - Overseeing and Organising the Work Environment; - Planning and Selection; - Preparation and Installation; - Termination and Connection; - Inspection, Testing & Fault Finding. The duration of this Apprenticeship is generally 48 months.
