The Universe: 13.8 billion years in a day. A unique opportunity to spend a day travelling though the history of the universe from the Big Bang to the rise of galaxies and exploding stars to the creation of earth-like planets and possibility of life. Speakers include Professor Raman Prinja and Dr Francisco Diego from UCL and Roger O'Brien (of City Lit) who will bring to a general audience some of the latest ideas from this dynamic and complex field.
