The Universe: 13.8 billion years in a day. A unique opportunity to spend a day travelling though the history of the universe from the Big Bang to the rise of galaxies and exploding stars to the creation of earth-like planets and possibility of life. Speakers include Professor Raman Prinja and Dr Francisco Diego from UCL and Roger O'Brien (of City Lit) who will bring to a general audience some of the latest ideas from this dynamic and complex field. Superb imagery and the chance to discuss key questions will offer new insights into some of our most profound questions.
