The programme consists of a variety of theory lectures and seminars, practical sports and coaching activities, fitness suite based sessions and several other module specific scenarios. In addition students will be given extra opportunities to volunteer and gain experience in the sports and fitness industries and may gain additional qualifications such as Fitness Instructor qualifications and coaching badges. You will also be encouraged to take part and get involved with the college sports activities/teams that are structured throughout college.
