Ideal for learners wishing to acquire skills in a variety of computer programming languages and business computing applications. The course consists of 3 core units of study and with the remainder units made up of your chosen learning pathway. It provides you with an understanding of the industrial and commercial application of Information Technology including Website Design and customisation, Networking, Systems Analysis and Design and Database Development plus many more. At the beginning of the course you will be given the option of choosing a learning stream, allowing you to tailor your educational experience at the college. The streams offered within the first year are networking and creative technologies. In the second year you will be given the option of programming or the alternative stream from year one.
