The Introductory Award in Education and Training from Canterbury Christ Church University is a 20-credit',' level 4 introductory course to teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector. The short course consists of one moudle',' and you can be awarded credit for this module should you decide to join the Diploma or Certificate programme at a later stage. What you will study: On this programme',' you will study module 1 of the Diploma in Education and Training course: Introduction to Teaching and Learning. You will learn how to plan and deliver inclusive teaching sessions that will engage and actively involve your learners. <em>This course does not entitle candidates to teach in the primary or secondary schools sector.</em> How you will be assessed: Assessments for this qualification comprise a 15 minute micor-teach',' individual reflections',' entries in a progress log and an essay.
