This is a one year, full time course. Accelerate your career in the automotive service industry with this diagnostic technician level course. Building on your training at Level 2, this will appeal especially to the aspiring automotive technician. The course is a VRQ (Vocational Related Qualification) and consists of units, which are either knowledge or skills based. In the majority of cases, there is one Knowledge (K) unit and one Skills (S) unit, which cover a specific topic. There are seven units in total. You'll be 'hands on' in our workshops, advancing your skills in more complex chassis and engine repair work. You'll also learn vital workplace health and safety practices and have customer service training, preparing you for employment.
