This is a one year course, with learners having the opportunity to progress onto a second year to achieve the full Level 3 qualification. Learners who do not progress onto year 2 will achieve the equivalent of 1.5 A Levels. This course is for those who would like to consolidate their knowledge of public services and gain a qualification that will help them gain employment within the Police, Fire and Ambulance Services or the Armed Forces. This dynamic course will include command and control, citizenship, diversity, crime and its effects on society, government policies and public services, leadership and teamwork as well as physical preparation, health and lifestyle.
