You will study the delivery of effective customer service - how customers' needs and expectations are formed, how to respond to customers problems or complaints and the legislation which supports the customer service process. In the Customer Service NVQ you will have an opportunity to show existing competence over a wide range of themes such as Impression and Image, Customer Service Delivery, Handling problems and Development and Improvement enabling you to develop your practice as required. English and Maths skills will be tackled as part of your everyday work; you will recognise how personal learning and thinking skills help you with everyday tasks too.
