This is a new full-time, busy, exciting and performance centred course based in the purpose built Performing Arts Centre. On this course, which is the equivalent of three A levels, you will study the creation of specific projects and the development of your vocational skills in major pathways of either Acting, Dance or Musical Theatre together with a minor study in a related discipline. In both years you will take part in and organise performances within the Performing Arts Centre, the community and local commercial theatres. This provides practical vocational experience and training as an actor performer. You can also participate in an exciting variety of workshops and enrichments throughout both years, and will explore the many vocational and educational opportunities for progression. There are trips to venues such as The Globe and the National Theatre during the course, as well as local visits to Brighton Dome, Chichester Festival Theatre and Eastbourne Theatres. There are also opportunities to participate in international trips, workshops and activities. Previous trips have included Paris and New York.
