You must have an employer to support you through your Apprenticeship and give you time off to attend college. Many people find their own job or are already employed. As a plasterer you will be performing different Plastering techniques on site such as Dry Lining, skimming and external rendering ETC, working in a construction environment . The Apprenticeship will include: Intermediate Apprenticeship (level 2) . Knowledge based qualification . level 2, . Competence based qualification . level 2 . English . level 1, . maths . level 1, . Employee rights and responsibilities. Advanced Apprenticeship (level 3) . Knowledge based qualification . level 3, . Competence based qualification . level 3, .
