Apprenticeship in Business and Administration Level 4

You will be employed in industry, earning a wage whilst gaining skills and qualifications employers need and value. There are approximately 5 million people working in business and administration roles in the UK. You must have an employer to support you through your Apprenticeship and give you time off to attend college if required. Many people find their own job or are already employed but if not, college staff can help you find employment with a suitable employer. The Apprenticeship will include: . Knowledge based qualification . level 4, . Competence based qualification . level 4, . Employee rights and responsibilities. Possible progression routes Higher apprentices, with support and opportunities in the workplace, may progress onto: . the Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Management and Leadership . further or higher education to undertake business related or other qualifications, including foundation degrees in areas such as business, business management, and business administration. Possible job roles . Office Manager . Administration Team Leader . Personal Assistant . Business Development Executive
