The programme is designed to help the learner manage their own resources, provide leadership for their team, develop productive working relationships with colleagues and ensure their actions reduce risks to health and safety. The programme enhances the personal growth and development required to succeed in a Team Leading environment. This qualification can be taken as an Apprenticeship or NVQ only.
