Who is the course for? This initial Cambridge Teaching qualification is for people who wish to learn to teach EFL/ESOL in the UK or abroad. What can it lead to? Employment in private language schools and part time work in some colleges. This course would aslo allow you to progress onto the PGCE/Cert. Ed. Programme. What will I study? How to prepare and deliver well organised and well structured lessons aimed at adults learning English Language. The course will give the chance to understand the methodology of teaching English in a classroom scenario and give you the opportunity to teach foreign students whilst being guided by experts in this field of teaching. There will be teaching practice throughout the course. Observation by experienced teachers takes place outside course hours.
