This is a 6 week course designed for everyone who would like to learn some basic professional skills they can apply at home. We will be exploring seasonal foods, different preparation and cooking techniques, knife skills + health and safety as well as each week producing different tasty dishes for you to add to your cooking repertoire. Lessons are held in a professional Kitchen in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
