What will I do on this apprenticeship? You will be required to take mandatory units which cover working in a business environment managing your own performance as well as areas such as communicating, supporting sustainability and managing risk. You may then choose from a wide range of option units covering different administrative functions such as support services, project management, organising events or meetings and customer service. There is a wide range of option units allowing you to choose units to meet the needs of your own work role. To successfully achieve a unit you must gather evidence which shows that you have met the required standard in the assessment criteria. How will I be assessed? Evidence can take a variety of different forms including the following examples direct observation of your performance by your assessor, personal statements and/or reflective accounts, professional discussion and assignment, project/case studies. What options do I have after successfully completing? Progress to Business with Management Foundation Degree run in partnership with the University of the West of England at Weston College and the opportunity to top-up to the BA (Hons). Job/career opportunities More senior administrative/management positions - roles including operations director, business development manager, company secretary or a wide range of managerial roles within business.
