What will I do on this apprenticeship? Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job - so you'll be paid and get more qualified at the same time. Unlike most, on the Team Leading Apprenticeship you won't have to spend any time at college. You will need to complete a number of qualifications including the Level 2 in Team Leading and a Technical Certificate. You will cover a number of units which could include improving your teams performance, developing the skills of individual team members, effective communication and developing good working relationships. How will I be assessed? We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications. What options do I have after successfully completing? Progress to Management, Advanced Apprenticeship, Level 3 Business, BTEC Extended Diploma , Level 3. Job/career opportunities A career as a team leader.
