This qualification is essential for anyone wishing to be employed as a CCTV operator. The Security Industry Authority (SIA) states that all CCTV (public space surveillance) operators must have undergone a structured programme of training. To work in public space surveillance a person has to be in possession of a licence issued to them by the SIA. Successful completion of this qualification will enable you to apply for a licence to practice within the CCTV (public space surveillance) industry. This course is based within the modern facilities of our Knightstone Campus in Weston-super-Mare, just south of Bristol.
