Cookery - Italian starters, mains and desserts

The Course will cover preparation of Italian starters and sweets, Pizza/Calzone bases, toppings and cooking methods. Recognition of a variety of pasta available and the opportunity to make fresh pasta within the training kitchen Produce starters, simple sauces to compliment pasta dishes and desserts.
