On this course you will cover the basic understanding of French Cuisine, food preparation and a variety of cooking methods. You will be producing dishes such as sauté of chicken chasseur, Dauphinoise potatoes and tarte tatin. You will learn about using a variety of ingredients used in French cookery whilst improving your knife and culinary skills.
