If you're not yet working in the Taxi and Private Hire industry, but have always wanted a job in this sector, then this four-day Level 1 course is the perfect place to begin. You'll develop a good basic knowledge on a range of subjects that are relevant to taxi driving on this training course, covering a number of relevant business issues such as documentation for self-employed drivers, the formatting of letters for a taxi business, and the types of confidential documents required by the industry. You'll touch upon all the appropriate safe guarding procedures, and learn valuable skills such as how to communicate in a business environment, how to problem solve in the workplace, and how to avoid and prevent bullying and discrimination.
