Introducing Caring for Children and Young People Certificate Level 2

If you want to work with children and young people but you're not sure what kind of role would be best suited to you in the childcare or health and social care sectors, this CACHE Level 2 Certificate is a great place to begin. You'll get a good, wide understanding of childcare and education, focusing on building up your knowledge and awareness of the sector, so you won't need a work placement for this course. You'll explore what an Early Years Practitioner is and the role they perform, as well as looking at relevant legislation and frameworks in the sector. Throughout the course, you'll be developing your professional skills and learning all about topics and factors that affect the way young people play and grow, helping you to build the skills needed to get them ready for school. By the end of the certificate, you'll have seen a number of roles in the industry and be able to make an informed choice about your future career.
