The programme is built around supporting you in setting up and running a micro business for a period of at least four months. Youll learn about business planning and finance, and how to set up a supply chain, communicate with your customers, monitor the performance of your business, and plan for future expansion. Youll also learn more about yourself, and how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Youll interact with both national and local entrepreneurs, working on a range of business challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a local business, spending time in a number of different departments, and working on real business issues agreed with the employer.
