Tai Chi Beginners & Improvers

UPDATED 20170124 11:16:51

This ancient system of exercise can be taken up at any age because it is a gentle form of exercise. It is sustainable and builds stamina, strengthens the body, relaxes the mind and lifts the spirit. It consists of slow movements, accompanied by natural breathing, which relax and develop the whole person, improving both physical and mental health. It is absorbing, but not exhuasting or stressful. Taught in Lam Kam Chuen style.
