Writing Life Stories

UPDATED 20170124 10:37:00

Everyone has a story to tell, and the one we know best is our own. Many people want to set down their life experiences (to pass on to children or grandchildren perhaps) or to write an account of their family history - recent coverage of the First World War has made us all more aware that memories must be shared if they are not to be forgotten. Knowing the skills required and the various ways of tackling a life story project will enhance the enjoyment of writing one, and turn it into something others will want to read.
