From this course you will learn how to cook authentic Thai cuisine from a native Thai. You will learn how to prepare and cook Thai favourites with local ingredients. This is a hands on course in which you will learn Thai cooking techniques, and upon completion of this course, you will be able to cook delicious Thai food at home for friends and family. You will also know which ingredients and herbs to use for each special dish. Each week you will cook a different theme of Thai food such as street for or Thai native favourites. All in all, you will have a great time in a fun and pleasurable learning atmosphere
