UPDATED 20170124 10:36:58

This day will focus on the meditative elements of the Chinese 'Internal' arts (T'ai Chi Chuan & Chi Kung) using bothexercises drawn from T'ai Chi and sitting meditation techniques; sittingf meditation can be practised either on a cushion or a chair. We will learn simple examples of both to help us to explore how mind and body can benefit from this practise.
