Shake off winter colds and dark nights and step into summer. On this course you will look at seasonal fruit and vegetables, use fresh and fragrant ingredients and be fully prepared to host any summer gathering be it an afternoon barbecue or evening get together. The recipes will include ideas for marinades, barbecues, picnics and even a cocktail inspired ice-cream – no special machines necessary for this one! All abilities are welcome and we encourage you to share your ideas and favourite recipes. You will need to bring all your own ingredients and containers in which to take home your products. A list of ingredients for the first session will be sent out prior to the start of the course.
