Access to Higher Education Diploma: Health Professions (OCNWM)

Due to high demand this course is now full for September 2016. Please apply to be considered if places become available, or if you wish to apply for September 2017. This is an intensive programme designed for people with at least three years’ experience outside compulsory education who wish to progress to university to study for entry into professions such as nursing, midwifery, operating department practice, occupational therapy or other health professions. The pathway specific subjects include: Anatomy, Respiration and Circulation, Cell Biology, Control and Co-ordination, Disease and Health Studies. This course provides the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge appropriate for progression onto Higher Education courses.
