This lets you put your skills into practice and provides much of the evidence needed to achieve the qualification.Assessment for your Retail course is mainly through a portfolio of work. Much of the evidence in your portfolio will be based on practical observation. Equally important are written or voice recorded statements showing your understanding of the processes and theory behind your actions. Short, multiple-choice computer-based assessments also confirm your knowledge. You could also include product evidence such as photographs or plans of displays you have made, mood boards and merchandise selections.
