This programme has been designed for adults and young children aged 18 months to 3/4 years. The duration of the course is 12 weeks and each session is 60 minutes long with 30 minutes of dance and movement activity and 30 minutes to collect participant details and data and to log progression and for adults to socialise Each session has a specific theme or topic .The sessions consist of an age appropriate warm up dance and movement activity which can include games and songs and a cool down.

Participants need no equipment other than loose clothing to enable them to move with their children. Dance tutors will bring music and boom box or IPod station.
