If you are interested in entering the busy world of travel and tourism, this one-year programme is for you.  It is designed to enable you to develop your skills for a career in an exciting and fast-moving environment.   You will gain an overview of the sector, the opportunities it presents, the potential for career progression and the skills needed to succeed.  The course will also support your progress to university or employment. You will go on visits to large tourist attractions, airports and related organisations.  You will also undertake a team building day as team work is crucial within this sector.

Entry requirements

All learners are required to wear the standard uniform, which you will be able to order during enrolment.  The cost for the whole uniform is approximately  £135.00, which includes a jacket, skirt for ladies and trousers for men, shirts and either a tie or scarf.  You may be able to secure financial support towards the cost of the uniform. There will also be a nominal charge for trips and visits.
