S0206CD: This course will investigate how, after a crime has been committed, police have to create a case that Will stand up in court. It is their task to gather evidence firstly from physical aspects of the crime scene, from witness statements, interviews with suspects, and examine all alibis. From all of this we will look at how to distinguish the truth from lies, and how the police use profiling techniques to help them to be accurate in their search for the real culprit.
