B0713CF: The aim of this course is to learn how to make a basic cake mixture in order to create a variety of cakes. These could include Carrot, Coffee and Lemon cakes. You will be given a list of cakes to choose from after enrolment. You will also be shown some basic icing methods and flavours to top and decorate your cake.
