M0706CF: The course will cover different aspects of gluten-free baking/pastry work starting with simple recipes and working up to the more complex, to extend your skills base and repertoire. You will cover a range of goods, including: pastries, cakes, biscuits and savoury items. All will be based on single or double portion recipes, which are quick and easy to prepare and cook. Most of the ingredients will be available to purchase from any standard supermarket. As a guide, by the end of the course you should be able to prepare and cook a range of gluten-free baking and pastry items with confidence; achieve a better understanding of the baking method and how to use this technique and associated recipes in your daily life; expand your repertoire.
