The aim of the course is to give participants a basic understanding of what hypnotherapy is and the conditions it can help and how to carry out self-hypnosis. You will learn what Hypnotherapy is; about the basic physiology of the brain; conditions hypnotherapy can help with, and about self-hypnosis.
