Artisan Bread Making

Learn how to bake wonderful artisan bread. You will practise the skills of mixing, kneading and shaping a variety of different doughs to produce truly great home baked bread. Course Content; Practical ‘Hands On’ experience producing a variety of traditional and specialty breads and laminated and sweet dough’s. Supervised experience working in the training kitchen.
