Let's Talk Low Mood

IAPT is a new psychological service offered by the NHS in England. It stands for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies and aims to help people access talking therapies easily and quickly. Anyone can access the IAPT service which in Gloucestershire is called Let's Talk and is run by the 2gether NHS Foundation Trust.These courses are available to adults over the aged of 19 as at 31August of the relevant academic year. Before you enrol on this course you must book a place via the Let's Talk team first. In order to find out more information or book your place you should ring 0800 073 2200 and speak to one of the Let's Talk professionals or you can go to https://courses.talk2gether.nhs.uk. Once your place has been confirmed please contact the college to enrol on 0345 155 2020.
