"Yes Chef".  This course is a stepping stone to finding a job or volunteering role.  You will learn about the types of job that you might be able to do in a commercial kitchen environment and learn some good practice skills so you are able to make a positive contribution to a kitchen team.This course is for adults aged over 19 who have a definite goal to get a job or do some volunteering. Applicants should be able to:Read and write simple sentences or listsReceive and respond to instructionBe reliable and have good timekeepingWe encourage applicants who are able to attend independently; if care support is required the support should be able to be continued in a work environment as appropriate.
