This course is suited to someone who has completed the Level 2 Certificate in Accounting course OR has previous accountancy/finance experience, relevant qualifications (A-levels), used to studying, OR with the confidence to start at a slightly higher level than Level 2.AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting or GCSE Maths and English grade C or above plus relevant experience.Students with previous accountancy or finance experience may sit an online skillcheck to enable them to decide whether to start at Level 2 Certificate or Level 3 Diploma.All applicants are assessed at interview to ensure correct level of study.Students should enjoy working with figures, and be literate and numerate.
