Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport (Coaching & Fitness)

The course for you if you want to be equipped with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills required for a successful career in sports coaching or teaching. This course will further develop your confidence and ability to deliver sport sessions with opportunities, experiences and qualifications to boost your coaching capabilities. You will learn all about a range of topics such as how to plan and deliver coaching sessions, write diet plans for different athletes, create psychological training plans, deliver sports massages and preparing and lead fitness training sessions amongst others. There are visits to universities, a UCAS Convention, a range of guest speakers from the sports industry and the opportunity to volunteer at a range of different sporting events across the region.
