You will gain significant knowledge in a number of subjects including nutrition; fitness testing; sports coaching; event development; psychology; health & safety and practical sports. Throughout the course; you will organise a number of learner-lead events; which will develop your teamwork; initiative skills and support you in instructing sports and fitness sessions for a broad range of users.
