Biology GCSE

UPDATED 20170119 13:58:16

If you have a passion for science and are looking to learn in a dynamic, hands-on way, then our GCSE Biology course may be just what you're looking for. The fast-track GCSE is an intense 6 month course that can enable you to progress onto level 3 studies in science, such as an Access to HE course or a HNC/HND. Science attempts to explain the world in which we live. It provides technologies that have had a great impact on our society and the environment. Scientists try to explain phenomena and solve problems using evidence. The data to be used as evidence must be repeatable, reproducible and valid, as only then can appropriate conclusions be made. A scientifically literate person should, amongst other things, be equipped to question, and engage in debate on, the evidence used in decision-making.
