If you have suffered from any of the conditions listed, please check with a medical practitioner to find out whether this course is suitable for you., - Do you ever have chest pain?, - Have you had any operations or injuries in the last year?, - Do you often feel faint or dizzy?, - Are you on long term medication?, - Do you have high or low blood pressure?, - Do you have a bone or joint problem, such as Arthritis, Osteoporosis, back or knee problems? , , This Mindfulness and Meditation course in Dartford is suitable for anyone who is interested in exploring a mindful approach to meditation. , , We advise anyone with a pre-existing medical condition to seek advice from their GP before exercising. As there is some movement during each class, pregnant students should not attend classes until they are at least 16 weeks pregnant.,

Denim jeans, formal trousers, shorts, skirts or dresses are not suitable for this activity. Sports trainers are needed to support the feet and ankles. Outdoor sandals, shoes or boots are not appropriate for this class. , Students may wish to bring a mat or a towel to complete the floor-based exercises.
