Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga, consisting of moving all areas of the body from the feet and legs up to and including the head and neck whilst seated on a chair, to improve circulation and mobility of the physical body. Also the course includes using different breathing and relaxation techniques to relax and calm the mind and body. The course is suitable for students that have difficulty with balance or anyone with limited movement concentrating on stretching and toning all the muscles of the body to achieve physical and mental fitness to enhance their health and wellbeing.
