This 'Assertiveness - course in Gravesend will develop techniques for becoming more confident, positive and assertive and building self-esteem. This course is an introduction to proven techniques in building your confidence. It aims to help students find more helpful and positive ways to think and feel about themselves and so behave more confidently. , , This course is designed to help you develop your knowledge of Anger Management strategies and is not a replacement for professional therapy, , The course will include elements such as:, , - Learning to value yourself, - Thinking about yourself more positively, - Becoming more assertive, - Identifying ways forward This course is suitable for adults of all ages who wish to increase their self confidence and feel more in control of their own life. (This course cannot be used in place of personal counselling)., , If you have a disability and think it may affect your learning in the classroom or in using any of our other services, please speak to us in confidence as soon as possible. We will discuss options with you and do our best to provide the appropriate support.
