The course will explore several combinations of Media, the technique and their resulting effects. This course offers a great opportunity to use material innew and exciting ways, to expand their ideas about mixed media., , During the course you will learm:, The Order of working, and the importance of BALANCE in Mixed Media imagery., The subject matter of Landscape and the influence of colour on perspective., Historical and Contemporary Landscape Art reference will be used. This course would suit beginners who have had some experience of drawing and painting and those with experience as well. Please note a degree of manual dexterity is required to get the most out of this course.

Entry requirements

If you are a new student and have no materials please wait for your tutor's advice on what to buy. However, all students should bring an A4 sketchbook of good quality cartridge paper, preferably with a hard cover and ring bound and a variety of pencils., , You will need to provide your own materials and these will vary in cost according to the course requirements. Some of our centres have their own 'shops' where you are able to buy things at competitive prices., , If you have any materials/equipment that might be appropriate please bring them with you.
