Helping in Schools

This course will enable you to discover how a school works; develop the skills to be an effective helper in a school and to rediscover your ability to learn! The course is accredited and will enable you to gain the NCFE Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools. Course aim The course aims to help students gain a better understanding of the school curriculum, how a school is organised and run, and how pupils develop and learn. It will also develop self-confidence, increase skills in communication (both written and oral) and classroom management, as well as help develop a range of specific practical skills.
