Employability Skills Award Level 2 ACE Programme

The programme is delivered over a maximum of 3 days but will not exceed 15 hours. Maths and English is a core focus and you will also gain IT skills needed at college and work. You will learn valuable and practical skills in teamwork; effective speaking; problem solving; personal presentation; healthy living; eating healthily; managing yourself financially as well as undertaking an element of work experience. This will give you the opportunity to build your confidence and your skills with all the support you need in order to progress. You will gain relevant qualifications in Employability skills.ACE learners are encouraged to participate in local community projects as this will help with positive social exposure and increase interpersonal and social development.For learners claiming ESA and JSA there will be plenty of opportunity on the course to conduct job searches; complete application forms and prepare for interviews.
